Who we are
Patriot Roofing LLC was started in March of 2016 with the name Lawrence Roofing LLC in Hudsonville, MI. As our company began to grow, we saw a need to change our name with our growth. This company was not just Thomas Lawrence roofing. It was bigger than that. We have always been extremely patriotic and love what our country was founded upon. We also saw a need for conservative businesses to support what they believe in. One of the ways we wanted to support what we believe in is through changing the name to Patriot Roofing LLC.
The name Patriot Roofing LLC is meant to say we believe in God, Family, and Country (In that order). We also believe we were created to work, and that work is a gift from God. In a world that is telling people to work less, and that the world owes them something, we want to use Patriot Roofing LLC to support the idea that work is good.
We believe in being good stewards of the opportunities that God and our Founding Fathers have given to us. God has given our company a lot of opportunities in the roofing industry. We believe it is our job to honor those blessings by doing quality work and focusing on providing the best value to the customer.
Because of this, we believe in doing the work ourselves. We do not subcontract out the roofs. When someone hires us to do a job, we are the ones installing it. This gives us direct control over the quality, and better communication to get the job done to the customers expectations.

Meet our team
Thomas Lawrence, Owner
I started roofing the summer of 2013 while at Davenport University studying Business Management with a specialty in entrepreneurship. Roofing in the summers gave me experience in a skilled trade knowledge and an opportunity to get paid well while going to school. In 2016 I started Lawrence Roofing LLC which turned into Patriot Roofing LLC. I realized that there was a shortage of young men willing to work hard and be involved in the trades. Roofing gave me the opportunity to run my own business, employ others, and learn a lot! I changed our name to Patriot Roofing LLC to make a statement about what we stand for. God, Family, and Country. I believe work is good. God told Adam to work and tend the garden. We are to follow that example. Today there is a war on work. Society sees work as a necessary evil. I believe it essential to having a purposeful life. My goal is to use Patriot Roofing LLC to glorify God through hard work and honesty when serving our customers.
Riley, Job Foreman/Repair Specialist
I started working for Patriot Roofing LLC in 2018. I am a married father of two boys. I enjoy leading the roofing crew and doing most of the repairs for customers.

I started working for Patriot Roofing LLC in 2019. I enjoy the comradery on the roof and feel accomplished when the job is finished. I love motorcycles and paintball.

I started working for Patriot Roofing LLC in 2022 after moving back to Michigan. In the past I have done maintenance on a miliary base and worked different roles in construction.
